About Alysha
Alysha is a caring and compassionate social worker, with extensive expertise in addictions, borderline personality disorder, self-harm/suicidality, and BIPOC-affirming care.
I strive to create a space where you will feel seen, heard, and valued — a space where you can come as you are. Coming from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, anti-oppressive and culturally responsive approach, I strive to support you in navigating systemic barriers, reclaiming your identity, and recognizing your inherent strengths. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Healing is not a linear journey, but you don't have to walk it alone — I am here to support you every step of the way.
