Insurance & Coverage
Most extended health benefit plans cover Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and Registered Social Workers (RSW). Check your plan under “Mental Health” or “Psychotherapy.”

How do I pay?
We use Jane App for secure online payment after each session. We accept all major credit cards.
Can I use my benefits?
Yes — you’ll receive a receipt after each session with the clinician’s registration number to submit to your insurance provider.
Do you offer direct billing?
We are working toward direct billing with select providers. Ask during your consultation about current availability.
What if I need to cancel?
We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a partial session fee.
